As the name implies, it means you have skills that weren't listed on your resume, as well as some extra skills you have acquired over the past year or so. Remember that no matter how much you learn, you will always need to be updated on new technology so that you can be an asset to your employer. For instance, if you have knowledge of how to use a computer, you might be considered an asset to a company that makes information available online for customers.Another skill that would be helpful is sales skills. An employer is always looking for an additional person that has these skills. If you have a good attitude and enthusiasm, an employer might want to employ you as a customer service representative. This means that you will need to learn more about customer relations, how to listen to customers, and what customers want so that you can come up with ways to better serve them.Once you know what skills are necessary to be on the list, it is easier to think about what you can do with them to give yourself an edge. It is not t hat hard to come up with a list of skills that you are qualified for. Of course, the more experience you have, the better the list will be.
